Libby Marigliano is the Director of the Health and Wellness Center at SUNY Oneonta.  She is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) who has experience caring for children, adolescents, and college students.  Libby graduated from Rhode Island College with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Binghamton University with a Master of Science in Nursing.   Libby is currently a PhD candidate in Rural Health Nursing at Binghamton University’s Decker School of Nursing.  Her dissertation topic explores exposure to Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs), perceived stress and resilience levels in rural women of childbearing age.

Libby is a member of several professional associations including the American Psychiatric Nurses Association, Neuroscience Education Institute, and Zeta Iota and Chi Tau at Large chapters of Sigma.  She has been a member of the Nursing Workforce and Development Work Group of Catskill Area Health Education Center since 2014.  Libby also serves as a member of the ACEs Coalition for the Rural Healthcare Alliance and Cornell Cooperative Extension of Delaware County, NY.  Libby has lived in the Northern Catskills since 2004.
