Connie Costley is a Family and Consumer Sciences teacher at Kingston High School. She has served as the President of the New York State Association of Family and Consumer Science Educators (NYSAFCSE) and is currently the President of the New York State Association for Career and Technical Education (NYSACTE). She brings to this position 29 years of teaching experience having worked previously for Miller Middle School, in Lake Katrine, NY. Her experience encompasses the areas of leadership, and team building. Ms. Costley serves as the chairperson of the Catskill Hudson AHEC Health Careers Pipeline Development Workgroup. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Family and Consumer Sciences Education from SUNY Oneonta and a Masters of Science in Health Education at Sage College in Troy, NY.
