STEP 1: Login to Dashboard
You will receive a User Name and Password when you are first setup. Contact website support if you need assistance with your login credentials. Go to your browser and type in login URL or use the link below
https://chahec.org/wp-admin/ and use your CHAHEC user name and password to log in.
STEP 2: Create Backup
You will select ‘All-in-one WP Migration’ and ‘Backup’ from the dashboard. This process will take a while as the website is quite large (could be 30 minutes or more). The backup file will be kept on the host server. I also recommend downloading a copy to your local drive once in a while. If the host files become infected or are lost, you will have a local copy to restore.
STEP 3: Restore Website from a backup copy
You may need to restore an older version of your website if you experience problems. Keep in mind, any changes made to the website since you created the backup will be lost. Restoring from a backup completely overwrites all the files. You will select ‘All-in-one WP Migration’ and ‘Backup’ from the dashboard. From the backup list displayed click on the triple dots of the most recent backup and select ‘restore’. This process will take a while as the website is quite large (could be 30 minutes or more).
