Ms. Fuina-Darrah began her education at Vincentian Institute.  She received her BS in Psychology at SUNY Empire State College.  A 1977 graduate of the second PA Program at Albany Medical College/HVCC, she earned her Associates in Applied Science and a Physician Assistant Certificate.  Beginning with a position at Helderberg Medical Associates in 1970, her professional Physician Assistant career spans over 40 years of experience in Rural Family Practice.  Her professional associations include the NYS Society of Physician Assistants as well as Capital Area Physician Assistant Society, of which she is one of the founders and served as President for many years.  She was Chair of the Policy and Procedures Committee of the National Association of Rural Health Clinics in the 1990's.  Ms. Fuina-Darrah is one of the founders of the Greene County Rural Health Network and served as president.  She owned and operated Greenville Family Health Care for the past 33 years.  She and her staff provide preceptorships for PA students from Albany Medical College and St. Francis University PA Program in Pennsylvania.
