Karen M. Dietz, MPA

Karen Dietz is the Vice President of Business Development and Planning for the Bon Secours Charity Health System.  She has over 22 years of experience as a healthcare executive.  She was previously employed by St. Luke’s Cornwall Hospital in Newburgh, New York and Westchester Medical Center in Valhalla, New York.  Her experience encompasses strategic planning, business development, finance, human resources, and regulatory affairs.  Prior to her career in the health care field, Ms. Dietz spent three years as a special education teacher.

Ms. Dietz earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Education from Keene State College as well as a Masters Degree in Public Administration from Pace University.  She is a Certified Professional Coder with the American Academy of Professional Coders.
